Shipping

We ship the vast majority of our orders the same day we receive payment. If payment is received after 7:00 PM Eastern Time or 4:00 Pacific, it may ship the next business day. We ship orders 5 days a week, Monday through Friday.
Overnight service is available, but please note that there is an additional $15.00 for any Saturday delivery. An Overnight shipment placed Friday or a 2nd day shipment placed Thursday will arrive Monday, not Saturday. Please contact us if you wish to add a Saturday delivery to your order. FedEx or UPS do not deliver to P.O. Boxes so please make sure you have a street address if you select shipping through either FedEx or UPS.
We do ship to APO/FPO and Post Office box
addresses.
We do ship to Alaska and Hawaii.
We do not ship to international addresses.

Payment

We accept payment by PayPal and credit card.
If you are paying by Credit Card, we will ONLY ship to the cardholder’s billing address.
Payment must be made within three (3) days of auction close.
Your order will be processed after payment is received.

Returns

If there is a problem with one of our phones, just let us know within 14 days of the time you recieve it and we will gladly replace it for you.
Returns will be for replacement only. Refunds will only be given if a replacement is not available.
